Grip the front or the back of the board with your arms fully extended in front of the body while kicking
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Keep out of direct UV sunlight to increase the lifetime of the kickboard. After use rinse in fresh water, wipe dry and clean any debris with a soft cloth. Store in a cool, dry environment. Keep away from sharp object.
